Eamon grew up on building sites in a family-run property business and has spent over a decade delivering schemes across Ireland — from residential housing to retail, from rezoning land to unlocking institutional funding.

He brings a unique mix of technical know-how, negotiation experience, and development instinct. Eamon now focuses on helping others — landowners, housing providers, and investors — navigate the complex path from field to finished scheme.
